I’ve been there. Former Chief Technology Officer of a large software company living a high pressure, high stress life, thinking that was a life well lived. Until I realized it wasn’t. I created a structure to help pull the ripcord and choose what my personal and work life looked like. I’ve pressure tested it for the last seven years so I can choose my own path, and I work with others who want to do the same.
