The Three Stages of Transition

You are here because you seek change. You crave more fulfillment, freedom, alignment, clarity, and ease. What’s worked in the past is no longer serving you.

You are becoming, you are in transition.

The Leap

You know you want something different, more freedom, more fulfillment, but you’re not sure what it is or how to get there. In this phase we get clear on:

  • The transition you are in. What’s ending and what’s beginning…

  • What is no longer working for you? What is wanting to shift?

  • What do you need to let go of to make room for what’s next?

  • What’s standing in your way?

This phase is all about getting you to the LEAP. To step away from the status quo that is no longer serving you, and step into the next chapter of your amazing life.

The Liminal

To be liminal is to be in-between. That uncomfortable unknown of the uncertainty of what will be on the other side. The magical time of exploration, untethered freedom, and experimentation. We believe you cannot LAND in life more aligned with what is truly important to you without doing the work in the liminal. This is where you take the time to step away, to reflect, to rediscover who you are, what you really want, and what you really need to live a life well-lived.

Once you gain that clarity, you design your landing. You make conscious choices about who, what, and where you will re-tether.

What People Are Saying

“Little did I know what potential I had lying underneath. It took a significant jump from my ‘normal’ to bring out what I didn’t realize I had been stuffing away since childhood. A creative, passionate, and thoughtful person.”

— Crystal L. Greenbrae, CA

“It was difficult for me to find my flow during the liminal stage at first. It takes practice to let go and trust that as you step away from “normal”, you’re actually very much alive and well. And then at some point you feel more alive than you ever did and you realize there is no “going back."
