RESILIENT

Restoring your humanity in an inhumane environment

A 12 week group coaching program with Lisa Kavanaugh and Nate Singer

Six (6) 2 hour group coaching sessions held 2x month for 3 months.

Space is limited to 12 participants.

 

RESILIENT is a three-month LIVE Virtual Interactive Program designed & led by Lisa Kavanaugh & Nate Singer of www.trewithnate.com for the hard working professionals at risk of or experienced burnout who wish to make a meaningful impact without sacrificing their well-being.

You will leave this program with:

  • A deep understanding of how the human nervous system functions

  • Awareness of how your own personal experience and history have shaped your nervous system

  • A personal toolbox that you can use to influence your nervous system and shift your relationship to the world around you

  • Increased tolerance of difficult decisions, conversations, environments allowing you to be WITH IT instead of IN IT and navigate forward with confidence

  • A safe haven of compassionate individuals who share the same nervous system language and are committed to supporting each other

  • Six (6) 2 hour group coaching sessions held 2x month for 3 months.

  • A new, powerful take home exercise each week

  • Lifetime access to a robust library of Polyvagal Theory informed emotion regulating tools

Making the Leap

 

Making The Leap is a three-month LIVE Virtual Interactive Program designed & led by Lisa Kavanaugh for the burnt out, overstressed woman longing to create space and use travel to reset & realign.

This program is for the woman who is ready to draw some hard lines in the sand, reclaim her power & design her way out of overwhelm & into freedom.

She is ready to say NO to the sources of stress & energy drain, and YES to taking the LEAD in her life to chart her path to more travel, adventure & flexibility.

She knows she is ready to start taking action & redesign her life alongside a supportive community of badass women willing to color outside the lines & live life to the fullest!

Details:

  • Six (6) 90 min group coaching sessions held 2x month for 3 months.

  • Intimate group of women in similar stages of transition.

  • Community Support between sessions so that you are held at every step of the way..
